Developer CIM Group has proposed a 374-unit tower in San Francisco's busy Central South of Market area, in one of the largest housing proposals for the neighborhood. The Los Angeles-based developer wants to build a 31-story highrise one block from a future Central Subway stop and the existing Caltrain station at 4th and King streets, putting it next to a public transit nexus.
